The intestine is the most crucial part of the human digestive tract. It serves to digest the food components and absorb the nutrients contained in the food into the blood. MRI can examine the wall and mucous membrane of the small and large intestines. The examination is usually done in a prone position and takes about 30 minutes.

The MRI examinations of the intestine at ARISTRA are continuously developed in cooperation with internationally recognised experts in abdominal imaging. This means the images can be taken on-site using the most modern imaging technology and the latest scientific knowledge. Our abdominal specialists evaluate your images.
